What to expect if you call

Boarding is the make-safe stage. It secures the opening so you can arrange permanent glazing or door repairs properly afterwards. If a frame is too damaged to fix to cleanly, we’ll explain the options before we start rather than carrying on regardless.

After a break-in, report it to the police and keep the crime reference number. Contact your insurer, and photograph the damage only if it’s safe to do so. Your insurer decides what is covered. Our documentation gives them a clear record of the work we did.
